This Privacy Policy applies to the SocialLumo app and platform. It explains how SocialLumo collects, uses, and protects data when you use SocialLumo and connect social media accounts, including TikTok.

Data we collect

• Basic account data such as name, email address, and profile image.
• Data for professional pages and accounts the user chooses to connect, including names, identifiers, and usernames.
• Content, comments, messages, and insights authorized by the user and the permissions approved by the external platform.
• Access tokens, permissions, and connection expiry dates. Sensitive credentials are stored in encrypted form.
• Usage and security data required to operate the service and prevent abuse.

How we use data

We use data to provide social publishing, conversation and comment management, automation, analytics, technical support, account protection, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data.

Data sharing

We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform, when legally required, or at the user's direction while performing an action with an external platform such as Meta or TikTok.

Payment data

Card and payment-method details are processed on the secure pages of our authorized payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. We retain the transaction data required for accounting, support, and fraud prevention, such as amount, currency, payment status, transaction reference, and invoice.

Retention and security

We retain information while an account remains active or for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use encryption, access controls, and security logs, while recognizing that no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

User choices and deletion

Users can disconnect a platform, remove the app through the external platform, or request deletion. Full details are available on the data deletion instructions page.

Third-party services

Use of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok is also governed by each platform's terms and policies. This policy does not cover websites or services that we do not operate.
