User Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of data received by SocialLumo from connected social accounts at any time.

Deletion through Meta

1. Open Facebook Settings and go to Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.
2. Select SocialLumo and choose Remove.
3. Request data deletion if offered. Meta will send a secure request to our system and show a confirmation code and status link.

Direct request

Email privacy@sociallumo.com from the address associated with your account, use the subject “Data deletion request,” and include your account or workspace name. We may request limited information to verify ownership.

What is deleted?

We delete access and connection tokens, connected social account data, and associated content that can be deleted. We may retain limited records where required by law or for fraud prevention, then remove them when the applicable retention period ends.

Processing time

Valid automated requests from Meta are processed immediately for data linked to the supplied identifier. Manual requests are reviewed and completed within a reasonable period after identity verification.
